I purchased my first My Cafe a little over 4 years ago. The first one's pump started to leak after 3 yr. Bunn was willing to sell me the replacement part for about $12 (very quick turn around on my questions). I started to disassemble the unit to see how much work would be involved. I decided I'd never get it working again if it was up to me, so I purchased a refurbished unit for half the price of a new one. Just over a year latter it developed a problem. The low water indicator light would come on, even when the reservoir was full. After swapping a few emails with tech support. When's the last time you were able to get 3 responses from tech support in 1 day :). We decided the float that determines the water level had died. Rather then just send me a new float (very easy to replace). They sent we an entire new reservoir assembly free of charge. This was on a refurbished unit over a year old. Service almost as good as Coffewiz's :) Oh, my Bunn has always made an excellent cup of coffee. I've never experienced the variable water volume problem mentioned in another review.

I have been using my BUNN My Cafe (Pourover) for about 2 weeks now. I have found it to be a great single serve coffee maker. The machine produces near exact amounts according to the brew size selection. Thus allowing me to control the coffee strength.
