Had this coffee maker less than a year. Now won't pump water through if k-cup
is in machine. Descaled many times

I've had this machine since May of 2010 and it worked wonderfully for quite some time. Recently it hasn't been brewing the sizes correctly and it takes a LONG TIME to brew. Like Hawkeye said in his/her review Cuisinart's answer is to descale the machine twice. This has not resolved my problem. I plan on pursuing this until Cuisinart fixes/replaces the machine. It's not even a year old and it has a 3 year warranty.
