Every K-Cup contains its own filter and just the right amount of freshly roasted coffee or tea to brew one single, perfect cup. The K-Cups are flushed with nitrogen and stay sealed until you start brewing, so the coffee is never stale. With the Keurig brewing system, you get one freshly brewed cup of coffee at a time, with no measuring, no grinding, and no mess to clean up.

It might seem like science, but the Keurig brewing system doesn’t require an engineering degree to use. On the contrary, it does just about everything for you, controlling water temperature, volume, and pressure to deliver consistently delicious coffee, time after time. It’s small enough to fit on any standard countertop and will accommodate virtually any size cup or mug. You just have to add the K-Cup and you’re ready to go.

Was a good machine...

...while it lasted, but then it became plagued with the notorious descaling/non-priming/pump failure issue. Since internet research uncovered this particular issue as a notorious problem that many other owners have also encountered, as well as the folks over at Keurig being of no help whatsoever, I was eventually just resigned to purchase a (new and improved) B60 model machine. From the 'get-go', the B60's pump sounds/works totally different than its predecessor. Initially, the B40 model was a good machine...while it lasted! BTW, I also have a NIB model B70 machine standing by…just in case.

Simply the Best!
