plagued with pump issues

Delicious Coffee!! but,I have an original Keurig brewer that the folks at Kerig call the dinosaur - the pump is pretty loud. I purchased a new B40 for my office and Keurig has replaced it twice due to a pump failure within a month of using it. Kudos to Keruig for the replacements, but I think they need to fix the problem (they're well aware) with the pump. LOVE the coffee it brews while it works! I agree with another reviewer...I'll purchase a different brewer when the next one fails.

...while it lasted, but then it became plagued with the notorious descaling/non-priming/pump failure issue. Since internet research uncovered this particular issue as a notorious problem that many other owners have also encountered, as well as the folks over at Keurig being of no help whatsoever, I was eventually just resigned to purchase a (new and improved) B60 model machine. From the 'get-go', the B60's pump sounds/works totally different than its predecessor. Initially, the B40 model was a good machine...while it lasted! BTW, I also have a NIB model B70 machine standing by…just in case.
