Substance for a medium roast

I like dark roast and my husband prefers medium. This is one of the few coffees we both like. We've found it to have lots of flavor and depth with not a trace of bitterness. This is definitely NOT a dark roast, though!

The full name on the pod is Sorrento Columbian. For some reason, I thought it would be rich and bold. It is not. It is quite tangy if you like that sort of thing. I don't care much for columbian, so had I known the full name, I would not have ordered it.
