Q:   How is my order shipped?

Orders ship via Super Saver (USPS Smartpost) or Fedex Ground.  Our choice to use FedEx & USPS exclusively enables us to offer you the fastest and best shipping options at the lowest cost

Q:   How Much is Shipping?
A: offers free super saver shipping on any order over $60. For an additional charge of $2.95 we can ship FedEx ground on orders over $60. All other shipping charges (excluding Canada) have a flat rate fee of $7.95. Expedited FedEx shipping options like 2nd day and overnight shipping are available. Cost is based on location, weight and size of the shipped package.

Q:   When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship out within One to Two business Days. Out Of Stock items will ship when the stock is replenished as noted in the item description. Please note that when ordering an out of stock item the entire order will be held. ships Monday through Friday. Once the order leaves our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number and tracking information.

Express orders of 2nd day or Next Day Air placed before 2:00pm EST, Monday - Friday are shipped same day. *Excludes holidays.

Q:   Do you offer discounts or Coupons?

Q:   How long will it take to get here?

Super Saver (USPS) shipping could take up to 9 business days to arrive.  For FedEx shipping please refer to our USA Shipping Region Map to calculate your order's estimated arrival.

Q:   How do we know if an item is on backorder?

As soon as an item appears on backorder we do note it on the site. Unfortunately there are times when a customer places an order and one of the items on the order is out of stock. If and when this happens you will be notified via email or via phone. We do hold the entire order until complete unless the customer requests a replacement for the backordered items.

Q:   Will CoffeeWiz ship to Canada?

Yes! We now ship to any address in Canada for a flat rate of $22. Two shipments are sent out weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays via USPS Mail. Presently, orders shipped to Canada do not qualify for our free shipping promotion. If shipping to Canada please make sure to choose the option to ship to Canada. If any other shipping option is chosen the orders will be held and a fee may apply.

Q:   Will I get a confirmation email of my order?

Yes. If your order was placed on the website you will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been completed. If you do not receive this email please contact us at or at 800-922-9924. If placing an order via phone the order number will be given to you by the representative and if you provide us with an email we can send you an email confirmation as well.

Q:   I haven't received an email from confirming my order, what do I do?

Confirmation emails and shipment notification emails are generated by the store system. Because emails come from the domain name, you may need to change your spam blocker settings to allow all mail from If you haven't changed your settings, you may need to look into your spam folder to find our emails.

Q:   Do You Offer Kosher Products?

Yes, we offer several coffee products for multiple brew systems that are certified Kosher. Please click here for a list of our Kosher Coffee’s. You can access this list by selecting Kosher under the features dropdown in our 'Product Finder' tool.

Q:   Can I change or cancel my order?

Most orders are processed the same day they are received. If your order has not been processed and you would like to change or cancel an order please call us at 1-800-922-9924 or email us at

Q:   Can I return something I bought from CoffeeWiz?
A: offers a free 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please call us toll free at 800-922-9924 for a return authorization number. You will not be given credit without a return authorization number. Please note that if you paid for shipping that is not refundable.

Please CLICK HERE for a return merchandise authorization form(RMA). Please include a completed copy of the RMA with your returned order.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number obtained from or by calling 1-800-922-9924. recommends insuring any merchandise returned through the carrier of your choice. It is the responsibility of the customer to return merchandise in the condition it was received. Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unused with no visible damage to the original packaging.
  • The Return Merchandise Authorization number must appear on the shipping label, not on the inside of the packaging. Any order received without a completed RMA will not be accepted.
  • The return must reach our warehouse within 10 days from when the RMA is assigned to the customer.
  • Merchandise must be properly packaged to prevent any damage in shipping.

Q:   Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?

Yes we do using USPS (United States Postal Service)

Q:   What is a K-Pod?

There is no such thing as a K-pod. There are K Cups, which are used for the Keurig coffee brewer and Coffee PODS, which are used for any POD coffee brewer. T-DISCS are a new single cup format only compatible with the TASSIMO brewer.

Q:   Are Monster Pods the same as regular pods?

These pods are much larger than standard pods and have been tested and confirmed compatible with the following: BUNN “MY Cafe' “Brewer, Phillips Senseo (using double pod holder), and the KRUPS KP1010 Brewer.

Q:   Is there a way to recycle used coffee pods?

There are several useful ways to recycle your coffee pods. The best use of used pods is in your compost for the garden. To learn more about composting with coffee, click here.

Q:   How do I sign up with

If you are new to there are two ways you can sign up to start saving on your coffee and supplies. On the top menu bar, there is button, which reads "My Account."

Simply, click on this button and you will be brought to our customer sign-up page. Fill out your basic contact information (no credit card information is required) and create your login id and password. Once these are submitted, you will receive a "Welcome To" email confirming your account and you can start shopping with the whiz! However, you can also create your account as part of your checkout process the first time you shop. Simply, purchase your coffee supplies and proceed through checkout as normal. Before you place your order, you will be asked to enter an email address, password, and other basic preferences. Once you place your order, your account will be created at the same time. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

You are not required to login to purchase products at CoffeeWiz. However, creating a customer account with CoffeeWiz will allow you access useful online tools to make your online buying experience more enjoyable.
